[ltp] T23 S3 SuperSavage CAN get output to CRT and LCD at same time..

If anyone's interested, I have modified Tim's version of s3switch so
that it can output to both the CRT and LCD on a T23 (but not at
1400*1050)  *and*  can output to TV.

The TV picture's a bit flickery , but maybe someone can figure out the
XF86Config-4 settings to improve this.
