Which audio drivers do Thinkpad 390Xs use?  According to IBM's web site,
the 390X has a different sound chipset than the 385XD and 600 series use.
(Or is it the same chipset with a funny name? :) )

I know of a problem for the 385XD and some of the 600 series laptops
having broken-up FM playback, but I've never had troubles with MIDI
except the time I turned it off in BIOS and wondered why it didn't 
work. :)
