[ltp] ThinkPad A20P Modem = ?

Sorry but if I was confused before I am even more confused now.

lspci says the Thinkpad has the following:
Modem
00:1f.6 Modem Intel Corp.: Unknown device 2486 (rev 01)
Network Controler
02:02.0 Network controler: Harris Semiconductor: Unknown device 3873 (rev 01)
Ethernet Controller
02:08.0 Ethernet controler: Harris semiconductor: Unknown device 0522

I don't know having never seen a winmodem for a Thinkpad so excuse my 
ignorance but is the above representive of a Lucent moden and is the 
following the correct file?

ltmodem595lus.sh Version 5.95 - Lucent Modem driver for Linux
