Thank you,

I have sound under windows however this did not work.

cat /proc/pci shows a cs4610/11 loaded. What does /etc/pci show on your
system?

Below is output from /etc/init.d/cs4232 restart. (dmesg shows simular
info.)

/lib/modules/2.4.18-18.8.0custom/kernel/drivers/sound/cs4232.o:
init_module: No
such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters,
including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.18-18.8.0custom/kernel/drivers/sound/cs4232.o: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.18-18.8.0custom/kernel/drivers/sound/cs4232.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.18-18.8.0custom/kernel/drivers/sound/cs4232.o: insmod
cs4232 failed

Thanks,
Dan
