[ltp] thinkpad, k-pilot, evolution

As noted a few days earlier in the Distributions thread, this worked for me as 
well on an a22p/Libranet/Debian with the only difference that I linked it to 
/dev/ttyUSB1 as I'm using a USB Visor.

Used Jpilot tho, not Evolution, but if both use pilot-link, then it should work.
