[ltp] 600x cpu speed ??

All,

I just purchased a 600x. It appears to run well however the cpuspeed 
reported are in the 200MHz range and not 650 as it is claimed. How can I 
determine the model / max speed on the CPU. It is correctly reported as 
a PIII Coppermine.
