[ltp] Docking a TP A22M

I have a IBM TP A22m.

The list has been very helpful getting bios hibernate
to work.  It works great now.

However, I can't undock my A22m without completely
shuting down and powering off.

The laptop somehow knows that it is docked and refuses
to respond to Fn-Alt12 to hibernate.

How do I tell the A22m to undock without a complete
system shutdown.
