[ltp] frozen thinkpads

I have had  the same problem and with the replacement of everything in the
laptop the problem went away (buit was never solved). It occured with a new
(out of the box) TP T21.

Addition information would be nice. What model, if I may ask, and
exactly what was "replaced"? Is this the original AC adapter? Is the
battery original amd how old is it?
