way back when, i became a slackware user because i couldn't get redhat
or debian to install on my crusty old thinkpad (which is still running
as my firewall/adsl router). 

i recently installed slackware 8.0 via pcmcia on 2 tp 560s.  however,
i did it via ethernet rather than with scsi. i think they were the
easiest installs i've ever done.  is ethernet or another distribution
a possibility?
