[ltp] modem on IBM T22

Hello Michael,

Thanks for replying back. This is the kind
of modem on IBM T22. Got this from the /proc/ioports.

1840-1847 : PCI device 11c1:045c (Lucent Microelectronics).
I think this is not the detailed specs. Anyways, I'll let
u guys know.
