[ltp] TP 600E booting from CDROM thru Adaptec SlimSCSI 1460/80 ?

Hi,

Has anybody had luck bootin from CDROM thru Adaptec SlimSCSI 1460 or 1480
(for Linux installation) on TP600E?

I set in the BIOS to prioritize the boot devices in the order: pcmcia
cdrom fd hd, but it seemed to ignore the choice of pcmcia.  I assume
CDROM means the built-in IDE CDROM.
