[ltp] need XF86Config-4 for TP 760XL

Additional info:

I was actually attempting to install the Red Hat 7.3 Beta 2 on a TP 760XL. It
now appears that the trident video driver on that distro is buggy because even
a XFree86 3.3.6 install won't work. But then, even the sound driver is buggy.
I hope Red Hat fixes all this.
