[ltp] External USB space saver keyboard with linux?

Since the built-in trackpoint comes through as a PS/2 mouse, I use gpm in
repeater mode.   I tell it to listen to both /dev/psaux and /dev/usb/mice (old
kernel).  I then tell X to use /dev/gpmdata.

I can then use 15 USB mice and the trackpoint. (of course you know I have
15 arms, trackpoint is done with my nose.) :)
