[ltp] Mandrake 9.1/Redhat 9.0

Today I upgraded my IBM Thinkpad 380Z running Mandrake Linux 9.0 to version 
9.1.

Everything went smooth, sound works...everything!

Right now I'm downloading Redhat 9.0 at a speed of 200KB/Sec from a FTP site!  
Each ISO takes me less than an hour to download. It's hard to believe, but 
true.

I'm going to use another harddrive in my 380Z to try Redhat 9.0 when I finish 
downloading today.

Mandrake 9.1 still gives me 'refresh flickers' as I scroll up & down in my 
internet browser, just like Mandrake 9.0 did.

Is there a cure for this? I didn't see this 'refresh flicker' with Redhat 8.0.
