[ltp] ACPI support for T30 and 2.4.20 kernel

I was wondering why it is that even with the latest kernel releases
(SuSE 8.2 - version 2.4.20 here) that ACPI support isn't there yet.
Running a fairly recent T30 I've had to disable ACPI so that I could
have APM support working. Just wondering if anybody has ACPI working
with their distro (SuSE or not). Thanks.
