you will find a hibernation utility that enables Hibernation for the 
A22p (the model is mentioned in the description). That is a bootable 
floppy disk image. I had the same Problem to enable hibernation on my 
T40p and that utility let me do it successfully. Only since the T40p 
does not come with a floppy drive I had to create a bootable CD-ROM to 
use it. Check back in the archives... somebody put that bootable CD-ROM 
image (ISO) on a web server for everybody to download it.
