[ltp] 770X error code 189

Greetings,

I found a post related to this problem. I was wondering if:

1. I installed Redhat 7.0
2. I did NOT do any probing etc...
3. the computer was having problems before I installed RH

could just installing the OS cause this problem ? (my guess is no)

I read about the HD diskette. Any chance of obtaining this from
somewhere ?
