[ltp] xpdf and index table

I haven't. I mean I see the index in the page 2 and 3, also the links in 
the index work OK, but
I want see the index like a right sub-window. Like acrobat for M.S.  
Windows.  
  In the past I was test Debian unstable with a new gnome  (maybe this 
is the reason) and there
was index in a right sub-window. Therefore I though that the solution is 
update the xpdf, but wasn't
a solution. So I don't know what to do.
