[ltp] need help with mwave install

you have to unzip the file prior to putting it on a floppy (and it may be 
multiple files).

I still cannot get mwave to work.  I keep getting an error message saying 
that 
it cannot get UART IRQ 3.  I've taken someone on the list advice and am 
trying 
to run PS2.exe with a boot disk -- as tpctl has not worked for me. 
However, 
when I boot with the boot disk then put in the floppy that has PS2.exe and 
try 
to tun it it'd say I need to unzip it first.  Any ideas on what to do 
next?
