[ltp] ALSA sound on R31

since all linux on R31 reports seem to favor crappy OSS, i thought a
working ALSA report might be worth posting. 
(actually for serious audio there is no way without ALSA, but ok 
AC'97 sound won't get you too far anyway ;-)

and before suspend let the apmd do...
$ /usr/sbin/alsactl power off

...and after suspend...
$ /usr/sbin/alsactl power on

(with ALSA there is _no_ need for the combined brutality of fuser & 
rmmod :)
