odd, I have no problem (using mozilla) and the page
resolves to

http://www.pc.ibm.com/support?lang=en_US&doctype=&subtype=All&page=brand&up=unknownuser1004106089&menu=none&brand=IBM+ThinkPad

perhaps this will work if used directly?
