Sorry you have me on this one. I installed Mandrake 9.0 so many times in this 
box I forgot but I believe I am using 3D animation but damn if I can remember 
if that is XF86 3 or 4. Is there some issue and does it make a difference in 
relation to this issue?

No that was and is not enabled if you are refering to the one I found under 
the tab accounts, edit (account, then Ip. If not sorry I lost you here.

No sorry those settings were and still are disabled
