[ltp] Different Boot Loader

It shouldnt matter which order you install the bootloader in, but I would
recommend after the installation because you will probably need to overwrite
the default boot loader that comes with Xandros.  The installation of
Xandros shouldn't need to change because a bootloader is nothing more than a
disk image loader...
