I've installed RedHat 9 on a new T40. When I boot it I get a lot of
messages:

cs: socket f5fda800 timed out during reset. Try increasing setup_delay.

It takes a while until I get an X started and I can login. It seems to slow
all tty input to such an extent, that it's almost impossible to type
anything, but GUI performs OK., no problem with X.

What I found is when I switch off a network (ifconfig eth0 down), keyboard
starts to work properly. Did anybody encounter this problem?

Oleg
