Sounds like you want an Apple Powerbook.

You'll probably have a hard time finding all that in a PC laptop. 
Particularly the DVD-R.  I don't believe IBM has a laptop DVD-R.  You 
could get an external one though.  Firewire is still fairly uncommon. 
The T40 doesn't have it.  I believe the R40 and A31p do though. 
Bluetooth is often an option.  Seriously though, for all that you ask 
for, the powerbook is a great choice.
