Hi,

a bit more details would be great, what kernel version, what xfree
version, any special patches?

A friend of mine had the same problem. Updating to xfree 4.3 and a
resent kernel helped. But I don't know what exactly the problem was.

Oh, and dri and any kind of suspend don't like each other. Check the
archieves of this list for more details.

PS: Update your kmail. You have that nasty bug that produces empty lines
in the header.
