[ltp] Processor clock on T20

Hi folks,

I just got a T20 from eBay. The seller said to processor clock is 700
MHz. The support page at www.ibm.com also lists this model type with a
700 MHz CPU. However, both Windows and Linux show ~550 MHz. The
ThinkPad runs on AC power and the BIOS settings are set to maximum
performance. Could anyone with a similar machine please post the output
of cat /proc/cpuinfo? Thanks.
