[ltp] Modifing a motherboard

Hello all,

I have a question that I am not sure has a real good answer.  I am wanting =
to add a RJ-45 connection to my i series thinkpad.  The actual model is 1=
161-11U.  I guess my question should be can a RJ-45 connection be added t=
o a motherboard after it has been made?  I am wanting to place the connec=
tion where it would have been had I specified it at the time of ordering =
it.

Also is there a place where I can find out the specs of my thinkpads mb?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
