[ltp] USB 2.0 Cardbus Support?!

Hello,

I own a TP A22m and think about buying a cheap USB 2.0 cardbus card. I want to use it mainly under 
windows, but I would like to have the option to switch to Linux.

However the problem is, that most cards I see in shops and on ebay only list Windows as supported 
OS and no linux. I don't know if I have to care for linux support or if it is standard. Are any standard 
USB 2.0 chipsets widely used in this cards?

Can you help me with an advice on this topic!?
