[ltp] Hibernation file for the X30

Hi.

I've been trying to get hibernation working on the X30 (model 2672),
entirely from linux, as I don't have a windows partition anymore, nor do I
have a bootable USB device handy.

As far as I have gathered, the linux lphdisk utility can make hibernation
partitions, but those do not work with the phoenix bios present in the
x30s. 

Apparently, a particular file must be created on a FAT16 partition. Does
anybody have a linux utility for doing this? 

The Phoenix utility (hibw4win.exe) available from IBM does not manage to
do this through Wine (CrossOver Office, latest).
