Have a look at the "bbkeys" program. You should be able to make this
call 'xvidtune -next' and 'xvidtune -prev' as was suggested in the
previous post...

The program 'bbconf' will give you a nice menu-driven interface to
bbkeys (and the rest of your blackbox config).
