Hm.  When I last talked to Electrovaya they didn't have a repair
option at all.  So I grumbled at them a lot and they finally just gave
me a new one under warranty.  I wish I had known about the $99 repair
option before I opened up the battery, since I might have paid them
the $99 dollars just to get the battery fixed.  (On the other hand, if
I can retrofit the battery with a pigtail, it will probably better
in the end.)

The Valence (with the 120-130 Wh capacity) is certainly cheaper than
Electrovaya 120 ($300 vs $400).  The Electrovaya is available in a
larger capacity (160 Wh), but that's even more expensive ($500).
