[ltp] Audio + APM + T30

This solution of using `/usr/sbin/alsactl power 0 off` and 
`/usr/sbin/alsactl power 0 on` seems to have solved the problem although 
I had to an extra `/usr/sbin/alsactl power 0 off` statement in the 
resume script.
