[ltp] Issues with T30 phone out on docking station/port replicator

Hi folks,

I have tried to use an ear phone plugged into the phone out of my docking 
station. Unfortunately the internal speakers of my T30 aren't disabled so the 
use of the phones is pretty useless. It works if I plug the phones into the 
phone out of the laptop itself. Same thing applies to my port replicator at 
work. Does anyone know how to disable the internal speakers when using an ear 
phone?
