[ltp] Restore WinXP MBR?

You should be able to use any fdisk, including the one in Linux to set 
the bootable partition.  This will set the MBR to boot from the correct 
partition.  I've done similar with Linux and OS/2 fdisk.  The only one 
that may cause problems is the DOS fdisk, as it doesn't understand much 
beyond FAT.
