I just built the airo_mpi driver maintained by Fabrice Bellet on Fedora Core 
for the mpi350 Cisco card on a T41 and it worked fine.  I just did 'make && 
make install' and then I added 'alias eth1 airo_mpi' to the modules.conf, 
rebooted and it was working.
