No. Most probably just use the wring driver.
Which mouse are you using.

I don't dock, but XFree supports as many mice as you configure.=20
USB-Mice are all automagically supported via /dev/input/mice.
Perhaps look into my XFree config, it uses USB mice and the touchpad.
