With the latest BIOS, and looking through the archives of this mailing 
list for some guidance, I'm able to get 352 MB of RAM (32 MB built-in + 
64 MB +  256 MB)on my 600E.
If I remember correctly, only certain SODIMM's will work to get it past 
the 288 MB "barrier".
