[ltp] TP 600e, NEOMAGIC FrameBuffer and bootup

Right now, it looks like you compiled the Neomagic and the VESA driver. They 
are conflicting. You will still have the penguin and 1024x768 resolution if 
you leave the VESA driver enabled.

But make sure it's the 256 color penguin since the others are kind of ugly ;-)
