[ltp] USB borked in >=2.6.4

I had a problem with 2.6.5-rc2-mm kernels, upon upgrading to 2.6.5-mm1
it worked fine again,.
Although my problem is slightly diffent, had to have my usb device
plugged in during boot to be able to use it
