[ltp] G40 Think Pad, fan problem

The fan is actually working fine, amazingly a very silent fine. However
it does not uses the APCI fan module or built in.

Still there are other issues of like wrong battery status etc.

And un-ability of kernel to load ECDT worries me so far, I checked the
ECDT for any errors but it is correct.
