[ltp] R40, alsa and modem doesn't work simultaneously

Hi,

I have R40 with this modem and soundcard:

After boot I can communicate with modem (via minicom) but
can't play music. When I run alsaconf soundcard starts
working, but I can't communicate with modem. When I restart
slmodem (which is init script) modem works but soundcard
doesn't.

Also, when I start alsaconf /dev/ttySL0 (modem device)
disappears.

Could you please help me with this?

I don't probably understand some basic things here as I
switched to alsa two weeks ago and started experimenting with
modem a week ago.
