[ltp] t23 batteries

my battery health on my in-board t23 batteries are "needs to be replaced"
i notice the battery in the machine is part number 02K7026 with 4.0AH.
the version mentioned on the IBM site is now 02K6649 with 3.6AH.
there's also a huge source of 3rd party batteries, the range of prices
is from the $60 to three times that.

recommendations?
