[ltp] Finally! 390X good sound on wav midi ( fc2 & alsa)

Finally!
   As frequent readers of this list may remember, I've been
trying to get decent sound on my 390e and 390x TPs for quite awhile.
I now seem to have it all, wave and mp2/mp3 under Totem and
midi under Kmid.
It even seems to be working in Rosegarden4 which is my real goal
but I've got a lot to learn in that program.

Just in time for Christmas.

If anyone else is fighting this and wants some help feel free to email me
but it probably should be off list.
