[ltp] FC3 Problem with USB 2 (ehci_hcd) on T40

I've had a similar problem.  Usually I just retry and eventually it 
works.  Seriously, sometimes I'll pull it out and put it back in 5 times 
before it works.  Try different USB ports too.  But eventually it seems 
to figure it out.  You could give that a shot, but it sounds like your 
problem might be more consistent than mine.
