Which wireless card do you have? (Maybe lspci will say if it's built-in
wireless, or your Windows drivers will.)

I wonder if the libdvdcss stuff or whatever will overcome the problem.
Unfortunately, although I have an American (region 1) Thinkpad and British
(region 2) DVDs, my Thinkpad's off for warranty repair at the moment so I
can't experiment for you. Do Thinkpad DVD readers tend to have region
coding that you can deal with with appropriate software, or is this not a
problem that css-auth and whatever can overcome?
