At work our group uses T30s with the same screen.  There's no
problem having three people looking at one display.  YMMV.

T40p screen spec:
Screen type description		TFT
Viewable image size (diagonal) inches	14.1
Screen illumination		Backlit
Max colors or gray shades	16777216
Maximum Resolution		1400x1050
nits				150

Comparing AC-only versus laptop LCDs is a bit unfair, IMO,
given the different design envelopes.
