[ltp] using APM, cpufreqd, nolapic Boot-Option, on R51/Debian 2.6.6-2

I had the same Problem when powering down, the nolapic Boot-Option fixed the
Problem! Thanx.

One other question about cpufreqd.
I installed it, and made a slight change to /etc/cpufreqd.conf.
But i am not sure if it is working at all because the fan is running the
whole time.
