On my T41 2378 I had problem loosing USB and e1000 after a
suspend/resume cycle: it got fixed with 2.6.7-mm6. I'm using APM becasue
S3 doesn't last that long (the LED over the ultrabay stays lit while
suspending) but ACPI works well too (at least the few times I tried).
