[ltp] cpufreqd configuration examples wanted

Thanks for this hint. I'm going to pay attention to that issue.

Since cpufreqd can also check for running programs, I can raise the
CPU speed when xmms (or similar) is running. Your hints give input for
the need of such configurations.
